Cheap, Good service, friendly and helpful

can i give it no stars? after waiting almost a month for centrecom to get back to me after dropping my laptop off to be fixed, I call up to find out my laptop has been back for around a week... told it was fixed so i go pick it up, paid the @ $200 or so.. get it home and find out it was in the same condition as it was when i sent it away.... in my opinion, if you pay for something to get fixed, and you are told it is fixed, then it should be fixed. also if you say you are going to call back, then call back. hoping centrecom rectify this situation...

1) Was told 1-2 days for a repair, more like 3 going on 4
2) fried my motherboard I bought from them and they want me to pay for another
Because "they couldnt sell that motherboard again"

3) was told the technician didnt turn up day 2 should of grabed it back and taken the pc else where... after this iam having nothing more to do with them
