They still have my machine. After spending $466 and refusing to pay any more. They said they would waive the service call. Service person came and said it was heating element not the circuit board and needed to strip the whole machine. He took it back to the workshop after agreeing that no further costs would be charged. No word for a week and when i did get the rude receptionist i was told that a further $220 would be required before machine could be returned. Other reviews indicate the same pattern. Ripped off. Dont risk your time, money and sanity dealing with ABC Electrical.

I would never use this company again. Contracted their service on 6 Dec 2016 to fix my Amana side by side fridge so it will work and function properly. A fault was tripping my dircuit breaker and it was caused by the fridge. 1st vieit from technician cost $132 for service call. The diagnosis was the heating element and defrost thermostat need replacement. Parts were ordered and technician came back on 21 Dec 2016 to install the parts which costs $230 for parts and $90 labour. One would expect that the fridge would be working as it should be. Called them back mid afternoon (over 3 hrs since installation) to advise that the fridge was not cooling / freezing and there was water leakage. The person who tooked call advised that another service call will be charged if technician comes back as this is a separate issue since they fixed the initial problem - the fridge was no longer causing a fault or tripping the circuit breaker. I said "no" because the fridge is not working properly. Anyway, they advised that if there was something faulty with the parts installed I will not be charged a service call however, if it is a separate issue with the fridge I will be charged another $132. The technician came back on 4 Jan 2017 only to be told that there is a gas leak which is untraceable and evidence is that the coils are not covered by ice. It will be too costly to fix so better buy a new fridge. After spending $584 we still have a fridge that is not working properly. No stars for this company. I will not recommend this company to others. Maria D

Do not use this company if you have a dishwasher that does not work. First visit from a technician service call $165.00
Could not see a problem. Second technician visit , suggested he take it away to be fixed another $77.00 . December the 14th Over the next week we called several times , only to be told that the machine was being tested , finally on the 21st after we had called again they told us that they knew what was wrong , Quote to fix the machine $320.00 ,and no they did not have the part, and no they couldn't get the part in time for us to have it before Christmas, we would have to wait until the New Year. We have told them to keep our machine as we will buy a new one. No Stars for this company, shame, shame, shame

If I could give no stars I would. LG referred me to them for my dishwasher. I paid $473 to have my dishwasher repaired and when I got it back it still didn't work properly. They took it back, had it for 3 weeks before they looked at it, then said it was a different problem to the original one and wouldnt be worth repairing. They would not refund any of the money I'd already paid them so I was stuck with a dishwasher that didn't work and I'd wasted $473 on. Their customer service is terrible and they rip people off. Read the other reviews and don't go there!

Very rude staff. The receptionist for service was brutally rude & made the job extremely difficult, having it delayed again & again. Two and a half weeks later, we are still waiting for this company to return. I would never use them again & would recommend others to stay away.
