I telephoned and spoke to someone to ask a question re converting a HDD to a portable DD. the man i spoke to was wonderful and offered suggestions for a new computer i was looking for. Thank you so much i will call you when i buy my new computer

Unfortunately chose Geek Mobile to fix my p.c. Windows 10 was freezing, couldn't access apps, couldn't access start etc.
Chose Geek because of their No Fix No Fee and 10% reduced rate if late. Well guy the guy didn't turn up at 2.30pm, a new time was made for the following day. Guys turned up on time, stayed for 45 minutes made some changes to p.c which seemed to work OK. Paid guy $108.90 which did not include the 10% reduction for being late previous day. Later that day found P.C still had the same issues, contacted guy who said he would have a think about it and get back to me. 5 days later no contact, sent Geek a email requesting a refund, Geek sent the invoice and a offer of 10% of any future service. Received a phone call from Guy stating he thought I was going to contact him. Said that I would not be getting a refund, if he had to come back to the house it would cost me more money, he suggested I try a wired mouse and keyboard. Tried suggestion did not work. Contacted guy again and I asked if a backup, restore and reinstall would work. Told yeah you could try that. So I fixed my computer myself. Thanks for nothing.

the tec was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He did a virus scan and downloaded anti-virus software which he assured me would make a difference. But the next day I saw absolutely no difference in the way my computer was behaving. The problem was not related to slow internet. I was just trying to scan and save a document. Scanning was ok but then all sorts of problems trying to save the doc. I called back and was able to speak to the same tec. he said it would require another visit and he couldn't say if it would require new parts. he finished up by recommending I buy a new computer. Really disappointed. Surely they owe it to you to let you know that sort of thing in the first place

I had an issue with my Macbook Pro not starting up and took it to an Apple reseller for a diagnosis. Not only was the repair estimate $1,400, but it didn't sound like the right solution to the issue I was having.
So glad I called Geekmobile for a second opinion! Sagar was there within a few hours and completed a diagnostic. He had the issue resolved and repaired over the weekend and made a house call to return the computer. I had outstanding service and my computer is running better than before. Total cost: $249 and that includes new anti-virus software that Sagar taught me how to use. Thanks Geekmobile!

Very disappointed with their service! The tech arrived late, and to make matters worse took a very long time to try to reach a solution to my ongoing pc and mac network setup. The end result was in essence still no better to what was their prior to his arrival. I honestly felt he did not know what he was doing! Never clear about any question i was asking and certainly not worth the high cost of the visit. I will never use them again.

VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR. Rang to find someone in Penrith Area as it is listed in yellow pages to be rudely spoken to and told no one works in that area but there are people that are in the area. He over talked me and says "whatever" when i pointed this out. why advertise that you service that area if you don't. He didn't let me get a word in.

GEEKMOBILE you're Fantastic!!! I was blown away by the service from Gary - I was contacted really quickly and Gary came around within a few hours of me contacting Him On your website! I was so surprised, he had the problem sorted out in a short time. I thought my computer was full of viruses, so slow & ready for the scrap heap.
