No expert advice and no solution assessment, just billing for a lot of hours of 'testing' computers that don't work. First and last time user for this over priced and under qualified mob.

Biggest regret using geekmobile, felt they took advantage of my lack of computer skills. my laptop had connection issues, the tech was unable to fix the issue, but still charged ( so much for their "no fix- no fee guarantee") The tech advised it need a factory reset. and he managed to delete 2 users off. had to get another tech in to fix his stuff ups. the connect issue was resolved with a simple driver update. would never use them again and could recommend them
