Wow a company whose reviews lived up to the hype! I had a sewage backup in my basement. I spoke to them on the phone and they sent someone immediately. They were here in an hour. The guy who arrived was very nice and quickly determined the problem was between my house and the street. Another 20 minutes later the problem was fixed. They were prompt, polite and obscenely reasonable in their prices.

We had an emergency and Your local Plumber ACT visited us quickly; within an hour. As it was an emergency and I didn't want to put all my eggs in one basket, I also called another plumber. But the plumber from Your local Plumber ACT got to us quicker which is why we went with them. I do appreciate the plumber for quickly completing the works. I will definitely keep Your Local Plumber ACT on my short list for future plumbing needs.

This was my first experience using Your Local Plumber ACT and I am really happy with their service. I approached them for my leaking roof which was 20 years old. I got quote from two roof plumbers and they were all overcharging companies. Seeing their quote I can tell it is fabricated. But this company's quote seems genuine and was fixed. I might need to replace my flashlight and fix roof tiles. They did the job and I was able to save a lot of money because of these people.



Would recommend them to everyone as their work is a guaranteed one.

I was a little apprehensive because they didn't have as many reviews as other companies, but the reviews that they did have were mostly stellar so I decided to give them a go. We had backup coming up from the basement shower drain, under the basement toilet, and from the drain outside the basement.



they came and i pointed out the problem areas and asked if all three areas needed hydro jetted but they said that they all lead to the same pipe so that there was no need to look at each drain and that it wouldn't be a problem. They hydro jetted the toilet and quickly found and cleared the clog and put the chemicals further for good measure.



After they left, I hosed the deck over the backed up outdoor drain and found that the drain was covered in a pool of water when I looked returned to it a half-hour later. So, I called them and explained the problem and they immediately said that they would send the team that had worked on my back to my house after they had finished up working at their current location. They returned an hour or two later and took care of the issue! All with a great attitude and devoting a substantial amount of time to it. I will definitely be using them again for future needs!

Who says that they trust their plumber?! I trust these guys! I really felt like they surveyed the issue and came up with the best possible solution. Very professional, very reasonable, and very knowledgeable. As good as it gets!! I have their number saved in my phone!

We've used these guys for a couple of years, since we moved into our house, because they inspected our drains when we moved in, and they became experts in our drains, which is old, and hard to maintain. They can do it, and have been our go-to guys to maintain it ever since.



They would get five stars for sure from us because they've always taken superior care of us. My husband's shower had a serious leak, and our drain was making a loud sound. The plumber came out and found the source of the shower leak, and took care of the problem. He had to order a part for the shower and said it would be in about a week. Everything was fine.



When the part came in, they sent a different person out to install it. As soon as my husband came home, he saw that everything was done correctly and neatly.



They have taken care of us pretty well, and I'd recommend them to others. They are pricey, as others have noted, but their quality of work is usually good, and they will work with you if you let them know you're on a budget.
