Our New Go-To Plumber!!: We had a small leak from a second floor bathroom that several contractors said could be fixed with caulking. After trying (and paying for) those "fixes", we decided to look for someone else. We found Your Local Plumber ACT and couldn't be happier with the experience. They scheduled us quickly, confirmed our appointments 24 hours in advance, arrived early, and diagnosed the problem within minutes - the small leak was from a pipe under the sink (not water leaking through gaps in the caulk, as other plumbers said.)



Later that week, thir plumber and an assistant arrived, covered the area in plastic, replaced the very old pipes, cleaned up, and now our problem is resolved! Wish that we had reached out to them sooner. Their rate was reasonable for this level top-notch service.

Very responsive and prompt service. The Plumber from the company was ablequickly identify the issue and effectively resolve it. Plumber also did all of the plumbing work on our new bathroom. Each time we have used this company, we have been very happy with the results. Would highly recommend this company.

I needed my water and ice maker hooked up. I have an extended kitchen (beyond the rear foundation wall). Wow! The crew from Your Local Plumber ACT were GREAT! They arrived on time, completed what I considered a difficult job, with professionalism and ease. Woke this morning to find that our hot water heater had cracked and was leaking water onto the basement floor. I called Your Local Plumbing ACT. The Plumber was at my house an hour later. He evaluated the job left and came back 20 minutes later with everything he needed and an extra set of hands. By 11 am the job was done. They laid down padding to not damage my hardwood floors as they moved the old heater out and the new one in plus they cleaned up when they were done. I am very pleased

I found him to be highly professional and respectful of not only me but the COVID requirements.The plumber made the job look very easy. He took the time to install everything correctly (including a tricky electrical cord) to ensure there was not a single leak, and explain to me the intricacies of my plumbing. He also was able to haul away my old washer/dryer by himself! His aptitude, cheerful attitude, and commitment to service makes me not only a happy customer, but a returning one. I would like to thank Your Local Plumber ACT team who came to clear the blocked drain. They have worked very hard and made sure that it stays clear. I am very happy with the work done.They were reliable, non intimidating and competent team. They didn't even hesitate or stop answering for the questions I asked. The price was competitive to my aspect. Also, they checked all my taps and did a pressure test when I requested for it.

The staff who came provided me the best price, being exceptionally friendly and above all did great work and fixing an issue which three of my previous plumbers couldn't do to permanently fix my roof. Also, they left the place clean and provide me senior discount. Very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to all who are looking for a plumber.

Today, I had an issue due to leakage at my home. I am so thankful that I choose Your Local Plumber ACT, the plumber was very patient and took time to explain in detail everything that was impacting the issue and the aspect of my home to be mindful of in the future. He did a walk through from beginning to end and explained the entire process of how water system works and how an issue may occur. Very detailed, very informative and very kind. He was very mindful and considerate of COVID-19 providing proper distance and safety measures, just awesome all around. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Plumber from Your Local Plumber ACT did a great job fixing shower valve. Other plumbers wanted to create access to the valve by demolishing the bathroom tiles which would have costed over 800 plus the plumbing works done. The plumber who came gave us a quote abd diagnosed the issue. To get access in a crawl space wasn't a easy task. Once he got access, he took time to check for all possible leaks and fixed needed. Would be highly recommended as they stand out from other plumbers in terms of price and service.
