I would describe this company as the best plumbing company.Promptly they organised a plumber to our address for an emergency job, which had not fixed despite two call outs to other plumbers. They made their way to our remote property brought their top of the line machines and cameras, identified the issue, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Professional and well priced. Highly recommended.

Last Wednesday 2/09/2020, I booked an appointment for job to tighten the tap nob and to change our bathroom sink. I was advised that the plumber would come between 9 am and 11 am. The plumber arrived at 9:15am approximately. Since I am working from home I was on a business meeting and took about 10 min to open the door. The plumber waited patiently and did not complain. All the while the plumber was at home fixing the issue, he was really quite and did not disturb me at all as I was on a business meeting.

Plumber texted me between and updated me what he was doing and after work left place clean. Really appreciate the service the company is providing during the COVID time.

Fantastic service! What a great find. Harry takes a lot of pride in his work and makes sure the job is done properly. I called two other plumbers before I came across Sams local company and they didn't show up or return my calls. Sams fixed two toilets of ours, which are quite old, now they are like brand new. I am using Sams Local Plumbing for past one year, there was no call out fee and supply of any plumbing supplies was also discounted. The quotation for a pressure limiting valve, realign dishwasher outlet, servicing of basin sets and a new cistern was explained thoroughly and all quoted at a fixed price which was valid for 30 days. When the work was completed in just 1 day, I could see that everything has been carried out in a professional manner.

I have needed a plumber few times for a friend's place in Fyshwick. I was so happy with the quality of work done for fixing my leaking taps in the bathroom and laundry. They also fixed my leaking water tank too. I got a water bill that was much higher than usual and that is how I took this issue seriously and called a plumber. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the amount of work and hours. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and will confidently recommend them to friends in the area.

Got a burst pipe in my bathroom and water is leaking badly into the bedroom. Have tried my ways to stop it but it ended up in breaking the whole pipe. Need a plumber ASAP and my son called a emergency plumbing company without looking even the name. They called prior coming and that's how I came to know that they are Sam's Local Plumbing team. Very efficient plumbers, they straight away did inspection and send me the quote online. They fixed the burst pipe by replacing it and cleaned all the place where water was there. I also applied for insurance and the company helped me by sending the required documents which included photos of the work. Then they provided warranty for the work too which most plumbers do not do.

Have contacted them regarding blocked toilet. A young technician came to unblock it. He cleared the blockage with the help of an electric eel. I was worried if they would take two days time to unblock it. But the work was completed in one day. Thanks for being prompt by all means.

We called this company to install a hot water unit for us after seeing their ads. After two days of my call I asked the plumber to come and we were satisfied with his work. In these two days he ordered the unit and kept prior with him that made my job more easier and completed the job within three hours. Experienced and professional plumber who know their job well.

I had another plumber fixed my roof six months ago. But still the leaking has not stopped. So I called Sam's Local Plumbing. Only then I understood the exact issue was with the gutter leaking due to rusting.The plumber suggested me to change the gutters as issues will continue to arise when the rust spreads. I replaced the gutters with new one. I thought it might cost me more than $3000 but it cost me less than that. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work! Avoid! this mob charge you a $50 callout fee and then quote you an exorbitant amount of money for a job. I needed a drain cleared and they quoted me $500 for the job. This included their special $50 off discount code SAM50. I reluctantly paid the quote. After an hour of work they were unable to clear the blocked drain. I will not be calling this business for any future work.
