I felt comfortable with the service, was well informed, wasn't overwhelmed as everything was explained in a language I understood and I felt the service was great value for money - my problem was resolved.

These guys are stupendous. No mailing in your equipment and waiting 2 weeks and when you call you are speaking with someone with a Klingon accent who says their name is Bob Smith. Ummm...yeah right. They come to your home and do the work with no hee hawing. Great service, friendly folks and most importantly, you get your electronics immediately.
