I know customer service having worked in it myself and these guys are the best ive ever come accross in this country! Many businesses could learn from their example! They were efficient, prompt, knowlegable and very helpful when i was transferring data and setting up my computor. They wanted to charge a standard callout fee to visit my quadriplegic cousin to provide a quote to upgrade her system and provide training. This was going to be for thousands of dollars of work but it is their policy to charge for quotes. The reason given for not being able to do it was that their system was unable to handle it.

So the geeks are controlled by the system. Kind of ironic.
