A large parcel vic to vic two weeks tracking not updated regularly and customer service zero help

I'm not surprised by the 1.4 Star rating on Google.
No missed delivery cards left, no SMS notifications for deliveries or ETAs, drivers don't leave voicemails or texts.
Call centre lady was blunt and not helpful either, she clearly hates her job.
Their "portal" doesn't send out notifications for messages or updates - how are you supposed to know they've replied??!!
My parcel was then returned to sender without the opportunity to reschedule or collect from depot.
Businesses should stop using them as a courier...

No package arrived, unable to call as you get an automated response that hangs up on you and the email address bounces. How do you contact these people??? Really bad customer service!!

Use soneobe else, late messages on a Friday night with wrong information, delivery on a Sunday without authorisation, left heavy parcel that needed TWO people to move it, not just me!

Didn't even bother to turn up to pick up parcel. Got nowhere on the phone. Do yourself a favour and go with someone else. Terrible lack of servce. If there was a rating of 0, I'd give that.

I ordered from a website that used Hunter Express for deliveries. After reviewing some of the comments and feedback available, my heart just sank. I ordered two separate shipments, one a Bed and another was a computer table. Worth quite a bit of money and honestly, I do agree that their customer service is not so great in terms of prompt status updates and the website looks shady. However, my first delivery, the computer table arrived literally next day whereas the delivery ETA was 5 business days. Same thing happened with the bed, 7 business days ETA, was delivered in 3. I could either just be lucky or they are not so bad afterall.

Absolutely appalled by Hunter Express! They lost my expensive computer monitor shipment worth $300 and offer no compensation for their negligence (I am the sender). Their customer service is atrocious, failing to locate the large parcel (a 10 kg monitor!) for a whole month. It's frankly scary to think they can simply steal your packages and avoid any accountability.

I have used Hunter Express twice in the last 10 days and both times the service was terrible. They had to be reminded to pick up and were impossible to track. Our customers were furious and rightly so. I will never use them again.
