Hunter Express

I order products online all the time and dealing with lots of logistic companies. This one is the worst every! I would rate 0 if I could. The driver today said their company doesn't allow drivers to deliver to the apartment. I asked if I can borrow the trolley for a minute as the package is too heavy. The driver said no then left the package in the lobby and said "I'm done" quickly disappeared while I was still talking. Left me there in shocking! I ordered furniture online and had choice with logistics. :-(

Never show up on time and are just used by companies that are cheap and nasty

unfriendly, and charged extra $40 because the driver missed the pickup. its really insane,

Zero star is more appropriate for such a poor service. No phone service, our parcel stuck for days in their facility for processing and I live only around 30 minutes away from their facility.

Picked up my items today. The staff member who dealt with me was extremely short, rather unfriendly bordering on being rude, and unhelpful. Hope I won't have to return to this place ever again.

Unfortunately I had to give this a rating, I would have given it none. This company is terrible worst customer service, avoid at all costs!!!! Extremely disappointed with the service overall and terrible communication. This company delivered a product with clear instructions on when it should be delivered (spoke to customer service multiple times), they totally ignored this and delivered on the day it should not have been delivered left out in the open for anyone to steal. Not sure how long my expensive product was left outside in the weather and once again for anyone to steal. There was also no phone call to inform of delivery.

I have made an official complaint also to the company I purchase from to not use this company in the future.

The courier didn’t leave a call card when they attempted to deliver my packages. I tired to call the customer service to arrange to pick up from the holding depot however the extremely rude and arrogant woman hung up on me. Their Facebook messaging team also blocked me when I asked for an apology for their lack of customer service.



I called back again to which I was hung up on straight away. When I finally spoke to a new lady, she said all they could was book a re-delivery for Monday and to leave my number so they could call when arrived. It’s now Monday night, no call, no packages and no card. Absolute joke of a business.

Had a contract with Hunters Express as a freight courier. They Promised the world. They are the most useless unreliable freight courier I have ever experienced. Do not ship with Hunters Express, Poor management, Poor Customer Service and extremely poor logistics.

No response about my delivery not been dropped off but states it’s been delivered

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! After 3 days my overnight consignment from Dandenong to inner west Melbourne has not been fulfilled. Driver called advising one of the three items has been lost! Bad reviews for this courier all over the web!
