Was expecting goods from Victoria, left Melbourne and arrived at Adelaide depot next day where goods have sat for over a week without any update. Impossible to get a real person in Australia to answer question

Cannot contact a real person in Australia, information provided is garbled and inconsistent, cannot confirm a delivery time even though have someone waiting to receive package because it is an expensive and bulky item.

I received an email stating that my package was unable to be delivered. That’s all I have received from where I purchased the product and nothing from these muppets. I’ve been sitting here waiting for the driver to knock on the door and then I receive email. As far as I’m concerned this company is a joke making people wait at home for couple of hours only to be told this. The driver didn’t even bother to get out of his vehicle. The funny thing is you can’t directly contact the company poor if you going to do a job then do it right bunch.

At around 2;35/2;40 yesterday I watched, from my front window, a Couriers Please vehicle drive up and down our street twice, obviously looking for an address. Later in the day I found a parcel thrown over the 1.8 metre side fence. What would be the outcome if the item was fragile? The driver did not stop or make any attempt to approach the house. I checked the tracking number which indicated the item was delivered at 2:41pm. Delivered NO, thrown over the fence YES. My wife and I were both home. As previously stated I watched him/her drive down the street twice (no through road), so why did the driver not try to make contact? Extremely poor service and this driver needs to be held accountable for his/her actions. Or lack of actions. Please do not use this second rate company, there are lots of couriers out there who will do the right thing and deliver in a professional manner. I found it impossible to make phone contact with Couriers Please to discuss the issue. I can not recommend Couriers Please.

I have been trying to reach out for the last 4 days and getting no response. They tried to deliver my packages without notification and I work, now I have reached out to collect the packages myself and no response. They are birthday presents for my sister and I can't get them. No phone number as a contact, and if I want them re-delivered I have to pay another $28. There was no unsuccessful delivery note in my letter box with a contact or where to collect - I am furious!! What a poor customer experience - will never purchase from D ick Smith ever again if this is the company they use to deliver - or should I say not deliver what I have already paid for. I want to cry!!! I am so stressed by this experience.

I've spent over an hour trying to get a contact number for Adelaide. Keep getting Sunshine Coast 1300 number, which doesn't help. Their tracking gives a date, but is that to customer, or next depot??? Ordered through BIGW, so had no choice. Alas, Xmas presents not here on time. Must use bicycle courier from Melbourne. Had same issue previously. Will never order delivery from BigW again

Lost parcel. This is the THIRD time that this has happened. This company really should be investigated by Consumer Affairs. Times when did call, they didn't give a toss, and zero care. When informed parcel had been delivered it was false they never attended the premises (you have heard of security cameras for evidence couriers?).

Completely inefficient and lying about issues with delivery saying my "business is closed" for reasons they couldn't deliver, when in fact it is open. I have fed back to customer service 3 times now, and their attempt to rectify is only "please let us know if you haven't received it today", yes I haven't received it for 18 days now. My clients are waiting on this delivery and as a business owner this is unacceptable. I would not recommend Couriers Please and will be asking any manufacturer I use to AVOID them at all costs.
