Couriers Please Pty Ltd

I have waited all day for a redelivery of a package they tried to deliver yesterday. I was able to get information yesterday they said it was to be delivered today.I have tried to call to sort out why it has not been delivered but to no avail. The chat did not help me and have have requested to actually speak to some one but this is not available. So now I am not sure when the package will be redelivered if at all. I am not too happy with this service.

Took my money never picked up my parcel, wont refund. Rang many times, sent emails. Nothing. Kept my money . This is theft
