The Coaching Institute

I signed up to TCI mid October. Then  something quite serious happened. I explained to TCI via email only 2 weeks after and barely touching the surface with there program something serious has happened and I now need a refund as I won't be able to continue and need the funds explaining the serious reasons behind this. This was under compassionate grounds which stipulates on there contract. I emailed twice and had no response. I then  called when I finally could. It was understood how serious it was and I was advised someone from management would contact me. A lady  said she'd get back to me day end and day out. I was told multiple times management are reviewing and they'd get back to me that night, the next day. Nobody got back to me. I contacted them over the phone again asking to speak to management. Since this last has gone quiet and hasn't responded to emails OR texts.  Ive requested to speak to upper management or the owner as I've been told it's with both. The story keeps changing. I was adviced I would have an outcome last week then Monday and now I'm told by a customer service rep it'll be another 3 weeks just for an outcome.



I don't need an outcome. I need a refund of 4k completed last week. This is appalling service.



The only person that's been decent is Matt and the customer service lady but apart from that my refund has not been actioned.



I run community  and business groups.  I've recommended people to your business and I'm disgusted I've been treated this way under the severe circumstances.



Is this how people are treated?



I'm incredibly disappointed. All I ask is for a refund of 4k so my family and I will be ok and I'd be quite happy to walk away peacefully.



As explained in emails I needed this last week which allowed plenty of time. I cannot wait an addiotonal 3 weeks for your outcome. I've waited 3 weeks for lies as it is. I need a refund now.

I looked into a number of businesses that train coaches and chose TCI because they're the only company that gives you everything you need to become a great coach and earn as much or as little as you want depending on the time and effort you choose to put in. This includes personal development (how can we coach others if we don't have insight into ourselves and the tools to be the best version of ourselves?); training on how to coach using leading edge, best practice tools and thinking; and how to build, launch and grow a sustainable and scalable business. I don't know of any other organisation that provides all of these three elements with such breadth and depth.



The other thing I love about TCI is the wonderful sense of community, both from the most passionate and dedicated team of staff I've ever come across and from fellow students. I've only been with TCI for a few months and from day one I felt supported and nurtured and like I'd found my tribe.



I've attended three live trainings so far (and could have attended several more) and have been blown away by the value I got out of them. That's really saying something given I've had access to some of the best known leadership training in my corporate career.



If you want to learn how to live your dreams and help others live theirs in a no-fluff practical and meaningful way, TCI is the place to be. Sorry if I sound like an ad - I'm just sharing my experiences and telling it how I see it.
