The Coaching Institute

I only joined the Pro Coach progrsmme in July. Since then i have immersed myself attending Success in You, EPIC Fest, Foundations of Coaching Success and Coach & Connect. I am now looking forward this week to Meta I. Already am applying the personal and business insights i am gaining to great effect. If you are a professiobal looking to take your career to a new high this is the course for you.

12 months ago I entered TCI headquarters as a student and business owner with very little business knowledge. I met some of the TCI team and in particular our facilitator, Joe Pane. Joe's insight to human behaviour was intriguing, and he is a phenomenal facilitator and mentor. I forged some amazing friendships on my intake weekend, of which I still have and value today, as well as meeting many more peers along the way.

I have learnt so much about myself, and have been on a path of self discovery for some time now. I couldn't tell you what my passion is, I'm curious and want to know more about everything, I love people and want to help them through my own learnings through life. As a result I have immersed myself in many of TCI's trainings, such as FOCS, Advanced Skills, Your Success, Success in You, Design Your Life, EDISC, Meta 1, EPIC FEST, Ultimate Influence, and more recently Disruptive Leadership, as well as having the opportunity to crew with the Events Team. And I am looking forward to Meta II in October.

Being a mum of 4 children from 13 to 2, it can be a challenge to get uninterrupted study time in, so by going along to the trainings I get to fully be present and soak up as much knowledge and learning I can, ready to implement in my day to day life and clients. The flexibility of the online course is also great.

Having been involved in many events in my time and especially working in teams and leadership roles, the Disruptive Leadership training opened my eyes to new possibilities, and also how to be a more effective leader.

I don't think we ever 'arrive' at any destination in our journey, being open to possibility and opportunities that come our way, applying our learnings to everyday life, our families, and helping many people along the way. I'm looking forward to learning more and helping other people, families and Leadership teams, and lead others toward happiness, whilst on that journey myself.

I thought who I was before I started at TCI. After years of meditation and self reflection, I learnt so much more about myself and in turn am able to affect other peoples lives in a positive way. The positive impact and ripples created by TCI are far reaching changing the relationships with my family, my friends and work colleagues.
Career wise I have the opportunity to create work places with great culture and high performing teams. It is such a privilege to provide value in this way.

Always enjoy getting in the room at TCI. My level of thinking gets stretched, my level of learning expands and my level of development explodes.

I had never considered the opportunities that becoming a Professional Coach student with TCI would open up for me. Since starting in January 2016 I have so far learned a fraction of what it takes to become a Pro Coach. Even so, it has opened up doors for my clients, changing their lives in ways they never expected. My life has changed and is continually improving, daily. My business is growing as I grow, together with my skills in coaching, sales and marketing (also covered in the training). This in itself has meant that the methods taught by TCI and implemented by me consistently will lead to a successful business. My connection with TCI has enable me and my clients to outcomes that are filled with passion, purpose and therefore productivity. TCI? Absolutely!

I've been a student at the Coaching Institute for 18 months, I began because I wanted to help other people in business, and as it goes, I've also helped me!
