The reviews on this business claiming to have 5 star reviews are forged by the owner. He made staff create fakes to keep employment. Be aware before you decide to use.

Terrible service. Don't clean the carpets properly, couch left stinking worse than before they arrived.

Second time we had them out the guy was 2 hours late. Left carpets soaking wet for days and no cleaner than before they came. Definitely don't recommend!

Cant beleive how well my carpets look after the clean. It was like magic watching all the stains dissapear.

My carpets looked to be beyond repair but after they were cleaned by d and r carpet Cleaning they hve got a new lease of life and look wonderfull.

Did an absolutely thorough job on my carpets and sofas and the results really surprised me and were wonderful. They were very friendly and eager to help

HorrendousI engaged with D & R Carpet Cleaning to have 3 rugs and 2 couches cleaned.

1 couch had our elderly cat wee on it the night before they arrived.

I explained this to them when the 2 arrived. I then noticed 1 left the premises and left the other colleague.

The rugs were not vacuumed prior, it went straight to washing.

2 rugs don't even look like they have been touched, and the 3rd, well that had to be thrown out as they used the same water from the cat wee couch on the rug.

I went into my loungeroom to find the 2nd colleague has returned and was pouring buckets of water, buckets, onto the couch and water was everywhere.

My other couch has been stained beyond repair and it's now yellow (was a pale grey and purchased from Dankz)

They then asked for payment which was $100 more than I was quoted. I paid because their reasoning was due to the cat wee.

I called them back the next day once the couches were dry and advised and sent photos regarding my grey couch. I was told that due to the material it would need another go over. They sent someone else out.

That colleague arrived and told me it looked yellow due to my lighting. I have white downlights.

He went over the couch, he then admitted he could see the colouring but then left.

I engaged with them a 3rd time and advised that it was not only still yellow, but worse. They asked for photos, I sent them, and they then proceeded to block my number. I called off my son's phone and was answered immediately, then when they realised, I was disconnected and that number blocked also.

I then contacted Consumer Affairs, they engaged with them, until they were blocked.

This company BLOCKED Consumer Affairs!

My next step is the Magistrate Court of WA.

PLEASE PLEASE be careful.

I am down 1 rug and have a couch that looks like it's been sitting outside for years.

Appalling company to deal with.

PS they have blocked me on Facebook as I warned others about them.

Had 5 rooms and my sofas cleaned and I could not believe how well they look after the cleaning. Very friendly service and will get them back soon.
