D and R Carpet Cleaning

The carpet cleaner was very very arrogant with a lot of attitude problems. Was afraid him being in my house./

Did an amazing job on my sofas and carpets. Stains came out that I never thought would and the service was ever so friendly. Very nice people.

The cleaner from D and R who came to my unit was very arrogant and rude. Not professional. I would not use this company again.

I was extremely happy with the service i received from start to finish. My message was responded to straight away (I wasn’t expecting an instant response back on a Sunday at 9pm) and happily booked in quickly for the next day. The gent who attended was very nice and professional which made me feel comfortable. My carpets and couch came up so much better than i expected with two young children and pets i thought they were goners, Im so glad i found your ad 10 out of 10 :)

Had them come out in n the same day to an urgent job and just produced miracles on my carpets and got stains out that I was sure were not coming out.

D and R cleaned my mattress, which my baby had been sick on. However, one of the sides was not cleaned - areas were wet and the rest bone dry, which as a result caused water staining. There were no stains in this area previously.



No big deal, I thought the area had just been missed and that it would easily be rectified and probably a 10 minute job. I sent an email an hour or so after it had been cleaned, explaining the issue. Received a response saying to phone. When I did so, I was offered no apology or offer to rectify the issue and told to email. Sent another email asking for someone to come back out that day while it was still wet. Received a response saying someone would come the following morning. Replied asking what time and never received a response. Sent another email the following day and was advised someone would come that afternoon and contact me beforehand. Removed all the bedding again in preparation. By 4:30pm no one had been or contacted me. Have since sent two further emails, both of which have been ignored.

Came out at very short notice. Such lovely friendly service and the results where wonderful. It feels like I have brand new sofas.

What a great job Mark did on my sofa and carpets. They have come up looking so fresh and feel great. Very friendly and helpful and cannot recommend enough.

Just HORRIBLE!! Don't waste your time and money. They come and splash water on your floors and call that cleaning. Disgusting service and disgusting customer service. Please choose a different profession if you can't clean carpets/floors, because you're wasting other people's money when they can't afford it.
