Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical installed air conditioning for my grandparents Gwen & Les Ferguson this week. Used Ben Rafferty Air & Electrical for first time and experienced a very efficient, positive and cost effective service from booking to job completion. Morgan was consistently on time, professional and friendly, and kept us informed in advance of his arrival time (did not have to chase Morgan which has been a very common experience with many tradesmen) and also very kindly and courteously explained key steps of the repair work required before he commenced work. We also appreciated that Morgan was neat and tidy and careful with our home during his work. We will definitely use Ben Rafferty A&E again and highly recommend their services.

Ben Rafferty installed an split system AC for us with no fuss or problems. They were by far the cheapest quote of 3 reputable companies, and approached the whole thing with little fanfare and professionalism. They consulted us when needed and gave great advice. The electric piping inside, air ducts and drains outside were fitted with aesthetic and practical considerations. Thank you Ben Rafferty! I highly recommend them!

Andy O'Brien and his team were fantastic from start to finish - the multiple revised quotation process, the drawing submissions for strata approval, and then the complex installation have all been brilliant and excellently executed.
