Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical

These guys are honestly great - punctual, easy to deal with and all done on time. We had a fairly big job which was quoted, discussed and installed in an extremely efficient manner. We were so impressed! And they cleaned up everything and the new ducted air con works a treat! Highly recommended.

It was an exciting day for us. After ten years we were finally getting air-con - and ducted, no less! The team was here at 7am on the bell, as promised. No mucking around for these boys. They took the task like a well-oiled machine, Don straight up in the attic, Nathan explaining to me the best placement for everything. They even suggested to move my downlight so they could put the vent in more aesthetically pleasing location. With much confidence, I went out & left them to it.
Hours later, I was suspicious. There was no sign that a team of tradesmen had been here. No rubbish, no dust, nothing out of place. But there it was, looking all high spec and modern and working superbly. Fabulous job Ben Rafferty. Highly recommmend you guys!

Excellent service initially by Matthew. Returned for a different issue and quickly arranged for his team to come in and replace faulty ducting. All work was done efficiently, quickly and site was left clean. Quote was reasonable so did not seek an alternative. All round excellent service. Will definitely continue to use on an ongoing basis for service or any other issues.

Called Ben Rafferty to check our A/C system out, Morgan arrived within the times allotted and after calling. Morgan is a great asset to the team and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and provided superior customer service.

This is the third time we have used Ben Rafferty Air. The first two times was to install air conditioners. They are efficient and most importantly are on time (they even call ahead 30 mins before arrival) This visit was to service our air conditioners. Morgan was very polite and kept me informed of what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. I must say that after the service all our air conditioners are working more efficiently. I wouldn't use anyone else for my air conditioning needs.

Great service and you can tell they have a lot of experience. After having two failed attempts with a competing company who wasted my time and made us miss the entire summer in a hot stuffy apartment with a baby, these guys were a dream to work with by comparison. And we finally have a much more quality system. Thank you!
