The Back Dr Shellharbour

I started going to the back Dr due to I had a lot of back pain and was told to give it a go so I did .I wasn't sure at first what was going to happen but once there and I met the friendly team and they made you feel very comfortable I was OK.once grant done the tests to find what was happening I SAS a bit shocked at first with the findings. But grant explained how he was going help fix the problems I have and I have now been going to see him for 2 months now and the results are starting to pay off I'm over the moon with that. I would fully recommend Grant and his friendly to everyone.

I have been seeing Grant and his wonderful team for a few weeks now and are blown away by the immediate results I have experienced.
After suffering back pain for years from working in a bakery and carrying twins, I became accepting that Id live with this pain forever, I would never be my old active, healthy self again, I was scared I really was OLD!! My body used to run out of energy and ache so bad by the afternoon time, now, 11 visits later, I feel like I did before kids, 25 again!! No pain constantly keeping me from enjoying my life.
I am excited for my healthy future now, not scared I'm getting old!
I have also had sensational massages from both Athon and Alex, I can't choose a favourite as they are both the best masseurs I have ever encountered (and I like to think I'm a bit of a massage connoisseur)!

For the first time in my life I got to experience a proper massage from the VERY talented Alex F, at Back Dr Shellharbour.
This was the best massage of my life! He knew exactly where my pain was and worked only on those areas that needed attention.
I have never had a massage like that before and cannot stop telling people about how good it was.
My back and muscles feel 100% better.
I have been and will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs a massage. He is amazing and I cant wait for him to massage me again.
