Great Rates Australia

The holiday we had through great rates was memorable and my family can't stop talking about it! We took one of their vans for a few weeks and did the east coast of SA which was stunning and very comfortable. Great way to ahve a caravan experience without having to fork out to buy a van for ourselves. The van had everything we could've needed and even fit the 5 of us very comfortably. Garry and Pam were very lovely and informative. We will definitely be booking with them again!

GRA made our 1st caravaning experience easy. From the admin to the instructions from Gary on the day we set off on our journey; to the quality of the caravan. Whilst it was only a 10 day trip with 3 different parks; it has set the course for more trips in the future. Thanks again. James & Julianne.

We have just returned an expanda after our third time hiring from this company. The vans have always been clean and ready for us on arrival, and Gary's handover process is second to none. We will be making another booking with him for later in the year, and I can highly recommend this company.

Hired in nov/dec last year. Very comfy van, everything worked well, my first vanning experience so a bit to learn, but i look forward to next time.

Hired a Jayco Expanda to go up to Northern Territory for 13 weeks.The help received from the team at Great Rates was fantastic both on both picking up the van and returning it. Second time we have hired a van fom them and as new to towing and using caravans it was great to be put at ease and assisted with all our enquies.Caravan went well, was clean and excellent to live in up north. We had a fantastic experience with Great Rates they enabled us to take the trip of a lifetime! Gary & Pam were helpful and very accommodating. We were beginner caravanners and they really helped us to feel comfortable before we set off for 9 months. Well priced and lovely people to deal with highly recommend!

For us, hiring from Great Rates Australia was a fantastic experience. Well priced, our caravan was clean and well maintained and towed beautifully. They even lent us some towing mirrors as we left ours at home!

Worst company in the world. They cheat and lie about there return state of the van. They keep your bond and then say you owe extra. Never use the.

Do not use this company unless you want to lose your money. They have refused to repay monies they owe us but it is not worth the hassle to sue them.
They falsely claimed that we had caused damage to the van. The window flew out of our van, the van leaked in rain. The chairs and drawers fell apart and the airconditioning didnt work. All in all a regretable decision to do business with them. It is strange that the office lady's name is Pam, the same as the first positive review. Do not trust them
