We had an awesome holiday back in August and, as a very happy customer, we definitely recommend Great Rates caravan hire with their efficient and friendly people. After booking we saw a couple of reviews online which put doubts in our mind and we were a bit concerned but after our holiday we felt we must strongly disagree with the poor reviews here.
Booking was simple and they were quick at getting back to us with answers to our questions in the lead up (and while we were away!) nothing was too much trouble. Handover was comprehensive and, as first-time caravanners, we felt totally at ease and well informed when we left the depot.

The pop top was clean and well maintained and it came with everything we needed and more.
It was a great and trouble-free holiday for our family - the children loved it! We did do a bit of damage (inexperienced at towing!), but were happy to pay for the repairs we did it the damage!
A wonderful experience from beginning to end and weve re-booked to hire again next year.

Worst customer service, no communication, be ware to check the caravan in & out before you rent as they will blame you for missing parts, take money out of your deposit without asking, and if something breaks (even though not your fault) they will not take ANY responsibility or communicate with you at all. Don't expect your deposit back with this people. NEVER again, our holidays were ruined.
