You’d be better off doing everything yourself.



Bond carpet cleaning doesn’t actually clean the carpets! You have any sort of hair in the carpet and it’s not covered. We had to pay $150 for another company to come and do the carpets correctly!!



Blinds/curtains are an additional $25 each!! Something that you can literally do with a rag half the time.



They did not clean the house correctly. Dirty floors, didn’t wipe surfaces, stove tops not cleaned. The list goes on.



Seriously don’t use them.

Paid over $700 for a bond clean. This included extra for blinds. They did an absolutely terrible job and didn’t even clean the blinds I had paid extra for. I took two hundred photographs of the poor work they did and sent it to them. They promised to refund me $250 but it never happened. Do not use this company as the same thing will happen to you. If this has also happened to you please contact the ACCC and make an online complaint with them so something can actually be done about this company.

Unsatisfactory customer service. Difficult attitude from the beginning. More concerned with receiving payment before the work commenced. Carpet cleaning provided was disappointing - and I would strongly advise to use another provider, given the majority of the other bad reviews I have since read - something I should have done prior to booking the service. Overall - steer clear.

The cleaner entered our premises during a lockdown period (3 July) not wearing a mask nor using gloves - a breach of their email conditions.



Cleaner’s demeanor rude, unhelpful (as when I asked if he could clean a mat on the carpet he was going to clean around he asked “how?”) Whilst the service of the carpets - which took all of 30 minutes (an easy job) was all right, I did not appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable in my own home.



Unsatisfactory customer service. Difficult attitude from the beginning. I asked the cleaner to remove his shoes (as we have porcelain tiles that scratch easily) and he refused. Any other tradesperson I have had enter the premises, has always been obliging, understanding and courteous (electricians, tilers, plumbers etc). I was very taken aback, especially when he asked “should I go then” as I was trying to point out the best position to use the tap from the laundry.



Once the carpet was cleaned, he then proceeded to walk through the wet carpet taking photos of the work - again without removing his shoes. Defeats the purpose of having the carpets cleaned - I would think.



Overall, the customer service provided was disappointing - and I would strongly advise it to use their services. Given the situation was disagreeable from arrival to departure, asking that a mask be worn would have been a waste of time and awkward (and I kept my distance).



I should have read the terrible reviews before placing the booking.

The clean was very poorly done, they convinced me to get walls washed, at extra cost, when they probably didn't need it. Extra money to sweep balcony. I had to get them to return to finish the job, after 6 hours of cleaning (2 bed + 1 Study apartment) They had missed shelves in shower, exhaust fan on oven, door skirtings, and much more.



I also had the carpet cleaned and requested a Flea treatment. They rang me about a stain in the bedroom, which they said would be hard to remove, which I knew. However they did not mention anything about a dog urine stain. So assumed the carpet would be properly cleaned. It wasn't. The building manager then charged me another $220 to get the stains out. When I went back to Aim Property Solutions, they implied it was my fault as I hadn't mentioned the urine stain and a different treatment was required, also the steam clean can activate the smell of urine! - who would know that, and why didn't the carpet cleaner tell me at the time



All a very unprofessional experience, I would highly recommend to stay away from this crowd.

Horrible company. Do yourself a favour, and do your own bond clean. They made an appointment to do a clean on a particular day, only to call up an hour before to say the cleaner was sick, and they had to postpone. They were extremely expensive, and had the audacity to call me on the day after paying almost 900 dollars, to say that they wanted to charge me an additional 250 dollars to clean the walls!!! For gods sake, its a bond clean, walls are part of the clean. It's like a doctor saying, oh you need a prescription too?? That will be an extra 250 dollars.



Don't waste your money, these guys are an absolute waste of your time and money.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE...

They charge through the roof wanting payment upfront then causing damage to our property they refused to pay for damages. They do not guarantee their work as they state on their website. They don't return calls to either the client or Dept of Fair Trading..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS..

Absolute scam!!!! Would give zero stars. Called me up the morning of the bond clean to 'renegotiate' basically needed an extra $100 or they wouldn't 'bond' clean would just 'do what they could'. Stated the oven and the bathroom needed more attention AND THEN sent me an invoice with "free oven clean". When I went to find my house keys turns out the cleaner had given them to "someone who said they were the property manager". They then asked me who my property manager and agent were as they would try and sort it out......avoid this company like the plague!!!!! Apparently they are well known by estate agents as being an absolute scam who regularly change their name!

Cleaned carpet most UNPROFESSIONAL company in my life. Slip slop went out the door as if they were doing us a favour for free. Paid $109 to have a guy who was young and lazy. 1/2 he finished 2 room

Highly unprofessional group. Did not identify themselves when arriving on site. Were extremely loud and spent a lot of time joking around. Then due to time restraints they charged me extra. The real estate will be chasing them to fix items they missed. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!
