This is a shonky company. They also operate under the name Guardian Carpet Cleaning, Bulimba. I booked for a commercial office clean at 7am on a particular date and paid the deposit on that basis. They then rang to tell me the clean was not availible until midday on the date and wanted to change the date. When I said that was not acceptable and asked for a refund they refused saying I was cancelling the booking. When I explained they had cancelled the arrangement I had paid the deposit for, they still refused to give me a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager, of course the manager was at 'training' and not availible. They are a rip-off company.

Paid in advance to have a bond clean done. Real estate contacted me and told me they did a dismal job! The carpets were not done well and the walls still had marks the windows were dirty.... the list goes on and on. They told me it looked like they hardly even tried!! I have to now pay to get a proper cleaner in to do it again!!

These guys are the pinnacle of bad service. Operating multiple websites to hide their true identity.
They do not have any form of customer service.
In December they attended a clean at my apartment. During which their equipment malfunctioned and resulted in flooding of my apartment. Their people left with out cleaning up after themselves and left my partner to dry the apartment. Since December I've been following up to resolve water damage caused by their service - the water was so bad there was water on the ceiling!!
Eventually after more than 10 calls to their poor excuse for customer service where there are no managers or anyone interested in resolving an issue I received a response from Michaela referring me to office of fair trading as there's no way a little bit of water could cause damage. Thanks Michaela I'm sure your qualified to make that assumption!

I paid to have these people clean a mattress which they didn't do very well at all. They were here for about 10 minutes. My son was downstairs so we are not even sure if they actually did any cleaning or they just sprayed something to make it smell better. When they were leaving they dropped crap from their machine on my tiled floor which they just left. I sent them an email that night and one the next day which they have never replied to. They emailed me a survey for their work which I went to town on and which they also never responded to. I got another company to re-clean the mattress the next day, they spent about half hour on it and did a great job. My advice, do not use AIM PROPERTY SOLUTIONS. Should be a minus one star.

my son contracted these people for a bond clean totalling $320 which he paid up front(live and learn ) they were to clean a two bedroom unit on Wednesday , they were informed The real estate inspection was on the Friday . They spent about 2 1/2 hours cleaning .
My son went through later that Day and could not believe the dismal effort they had done .
The next day we tryed to contact them to complain and hopefully get someone to come back and do the job they had said that they would do ,but could not get past the call centre
,apparently the manger was out and we could only talk to the manger about it which they could not say when they'd back , eventually they contacted us by email after serveral phone calls to talk to a manger. To say they could come back through on the Monday (the real estate inspection was on Friday )
My son spent seven hours cleaning after they had been through !
not only is he down $320 he also risked losing his bond money as well ,
They do not care at all about the customers or the stress they put them through and have no work ethics
DISGUSTING AND A RIP OFF !!!
