Re-directed my parcel to POP that was 24/7 then driver sends notification that it could not be delivered as it was CLOSED. It is a service station that is open 24/7. Four emails, numerous phone calls (sometimes they dont answer and answering service says call back during office hours - which it IS !!). The amount of really bad reviews about this company is staggering. I am surprised anyone uses them. Sadly I didnt have a choice as the shipping was included in my purchase.

A package was sent from the UK (via Skynet) for deliver by Courier Please. The Courier Please tracking details are as follows:
23 Oct 2020 10:30 am 6041 (perth) 1 item has been picked up
29 Oct 2020 4:16 pm 6058 (perth) 1 item has been transferred to run 6033
Despite numerous phone calls to both Skynet and Courier Please the package has yet to be delivered.

I am not sure should I still consider this company as my courier to deliver anything to my friend or for myself ???
My parcel already arrived Perth for 2 weeks and still not reach me!!
What your customer service just reply : sorry or keep on telling me the parcel is with the driver !
Ridiculous!!! First time I heard a driver can keep parcel for overnight not to mention for two weeks ???
Now I am so worried your driver do something on my parcel or lost it or damage it!! That’s y until now no parcel reach me

Legit the absolute worst carrier in the country . You should avoid Couriers Please at all costs!
Non existent customer service, very unreliable drivers, highly inaccurate tracking. read some other reviews and you will see this isn't an isolated incident

I can't believe there is a worse courier company out there. Customer service seems to be nonexistent. My heart sinks when I have to deal with them through a third party :-(

Only recieved half of my order. 1 box out of 2.
It's my sons birthday on Monday and half of his presents are missing plus all the Easter eggs and Easter decorations. It's good Friday today so I don't know what to do.

Worst customer service ever!
Courier Please sent a parcel back to me one day and told me that no one responded to the delivery. The satchel bag was damaged as well as the goods inside. I contact my customer and told her what was reported by Couriers Please. My customer was very angry that she wait for so long but get nothing in the end, and she hasn't received any card from Couriers Please. She tried to contacted Couriers Please and there was no evidence that they have attempted to deliver the parcel. As a seller, I have to send an express post to my customer with Australia Post, I have to pay extra money try to comfort my customer.
I have contacted Couriers Please for so many times, I've tried my best to communicate with them. Bu didn't get any response from them so far. And they said they will give me a call back but that never happened. I have wasted my time and didn't get any response, I have lost more that $50 because of their fault which is not fair to me.
I am very disappointed with their services, I personally will try to avoid use Couriers Please, and I DO NOT recommend any one to use Couriers Please.

Absolutely disgusted in the appalling service I have just received from this company. The drivers attitude was completely unacceptable. I was not home when he buzzed my intercom that comes straight through to my phone. He told me he was leaving my parcel in a public place outside of a 45 unit complex where anyone passing by could steal it. He did this without my authorisation and refused to use his pointer finger to buzz the onsite manager who regularly comes out and collect the parcel when complex tenants are unavailable. Furthermore, when I called the call centre, I did not even receive an apology on his/the company's behalf. Who actually knows where my parcel is right now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

the worst courier company in australia. no communication, my package was sitting in their warehouse for like two weeks before anything was sent out. horrible.

I do not usually have the time to write reviews but whatever you do, do not use couriers please as they will send you absolutely crazy with their incompetence. They say they leave you a card, but they do not. When you call they tell you they will ring you back, but they do not. You ring to arrange a re-delivery, and even that they cannot manage. I rang on the Thursday to re-arrange a re-delivery for the following Monday morning. Lunch time Monday I get a call to say they can't deliver and will arrange that afternoon and will call me back to confirm. Guess what, no phone call, no delivery. I even went to the depot to pick it up you wouldn't believe it, parcel was in the van and the van was out doing deliveries but he couldn't deliver mine. See what I mean, they drive you nuts. Will this parcel get sent back just like the last one? I hope so, then they will send it Aus Post and it will be with me in 2 days. 0 review
