Terrible service. A courier company that doesn't actually deliver items, and cannot explain why. Do not trust them with anything valuable or required to be delivered on time.

I have never dealt with a more inefficient and unprofessional company. Not only are they incapable of delivering my parcel successfully, the driver is able to get his story straight either!! Ringing the office in port melbourne to try and resolve this problem I am not only given the run around but I'm also hung up from staff member Kirsty who clearly is unable to deal with a disgruntled customer even though I have every reason to be upset seeing I've been waiting for my parcel for 3 days and not much effort has been made to try to help me. If my staff treated our customers in this fashion not only would she not have a job, the company would also probably not be that successful. What atrocious behaviour from customer service staff!!! The situation is fairly simple couriers please a parcel was to be delivered to our house, it never arrived and you are telling me the driver has been to our house twice so tell me where is my parcel??? I certainly don't have it why would I lie about receiving it??? There were 3 adults at home on the day and time he "apparently" delivered so I ask again where is it???the situation is under investigation you'd think they were solving a murder for the time it's taking to resolve anything. Why would a company like ASOS use such an inefficient company like couriers please??? We will not be ordering anything else through ASOS again until they use a more professional and reliable courier company, and I will also be cautioning all my friends!!! If couriers please was the last courier around I still wouldn't use them, I'd rather pedal 1000 Kms myself to pick up my parcel. As the franchise owner I would be very angry and upset that my staff is treating my customers in this manner and bringing my business down!!!
