I've built a house with MegaHomes. Finish seems to be ok but after hand-over, getting them to help with anything, may it be repairs or paperwork is very challenging.. (as it is with most builders i assume!) However, MegaHomes is a big fail in customer service after hand-over. Abrupt, dismissive, and you will need to contact them every day to follow up and make sure that things are getting done. I spoke with a lady named Leonie and she was very rude and unhelpful. Might as well build with another company!
