Why are my brakes noisy?
Brakes should operate with a minimal amount of noise. Some noise is normal, but excessive squeal, screech, grinding, groaning or banging means that your brakes need attention. Using the wrong formulation for your driving style can also cause noise in your brakes due to excessive heat.
What is the cost of a brake service?
Costs vary greatly depending on the make and model of your car and on the condition of your disc rotors, callipers and other brake components.
There's a terrible vibration when I brake. What causes that?
If the brake pedal, steering wheel or the entire vehicle shakes, vibrates or pulsates when the brakes are applied, then the disc brake rotors may need resurfacing. More serious problems, such as a loose component or a faulty steering mechanism, can also cause vibration.

I don't usually write any comments on these things but you guys really did help me out so thankyou,I had problems with my car and a friend recommended that I go to mechanix plus. The staff were great and they did a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who needs their car serviced or repaired......... I'll be going back!
