Called them to fix a leaking faucet, and the whole experience was a joke. The plumber showed up late, took a quick look, and then told me it needed a complete replacement without even trying to repair it. They didn’t fix anything during the visit but left me with a ridiculously expensive quote for unnecessary work.
To make it worse, they seemed more interested in upselling me on other services than actually addressing the issue at hand. I ended up getting a second opinion, and it was fixed easily without all the extra costs they wanted to pile on. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
