If you have money to throw away go with these guys otherwise find someone else. $142 just to give a quote. We were silly enough to accept the quote as we were promised a very deep clean of the split system. No jet clean happened at all inside, just got wiped with a dampened cloth. And the tech managed to break 2 front panels as well. Cyber tried to claim they were already broken but did replace 1 panel. Cost us over $1300 to get the unit cleaned. We could have gone elsewhere and purchased a new one for not much more. Cyber quoted us 3-4 times the amount other companies charge for a new unit. Buyer beware!! These guys are unprofessional and greedy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! They charged me $141 just to come out and look at my hot water system, only to tell me it needed to be replaced. They quoted me over $12,000 for the replacement. But wait.. if I agreed right then and there, they’d set me up with an interest-free payment plan!!! I can’t imagine how many vulnerable people they take advantage of. The next day, a local plumber came by, spent 15 minutes tinkering, and I had hot water within an hour for a $90 service fee. Competitor quotes for replacement range from $2,000 to $4,200. When I asked them for a refund of the $141, I was told they only do a "visual inspection" and that their plumbing services "aren’t meant to diagnose" the problem.
