Will charge you $140 to show up and then without lifting a screw driver or looking at the AC unit, will tell you it'll be $1,400 for a rejuvenation service that may not actually fix anything!!!



Save your money and find a REAL aircon mechanic to look at your problems....

SCAM! Stay away. Scammed me out of a call out fee of $142 and then gave me a quote of $2,200 for a "rejuvenation"/diagnosis without even checking my air con unit. He was in and out within 5 minutes, had no tools with him except his ipad. The booking lady assured me he would check my air con and fix it on the spot if possible. Misleading conduct. DO NOT USE THEM. Worst company I've come across. They've been on Current Affairs etc. Check product review website.

Call out fee of $141 just to tell you there is a possibility of various issues. Let's just do a $1400 jet clean first when the a/c unit is clean and clearly low on refrigerant. Cooling, just not as efficient. Call out fee should include basic diagnosis at least. Avoid this company if you don't want to waste your hard earned money!!!

If your air conditioner is broken, do not sign their "jet clean and rejuvenation" package, because there is going to be no cleaning and no rejuvenation, and you will be charged for more than $2000, yes you hear me right, $2000 for them not doing anything and not even telling you what's wrong with your air conditioner. This company is so unethical in what they do they should be investigated for their unethical and misleading conduct. This business engages in 100% deception and non-deliverance of the service. Do NOT trust them! They are a complete SCAM!

This company is a complete scam! I contacted them for a routine service on our air conditioner and paid a $141 call-out fee. After multiple delays and two entire wasted days, they sent a subcontractor from “Mr Emergency.” The guy showed up without the right ladder and couldn’t even answer a basic question about the service. He didn’t even assess our system because he “couldn’t access it,” but immediately tried to push a $2,000 charge for a “chemical clean and diagnostic.” When I asked for a full service quote, he claimed he wouldn’t know until after this “chemical clean” was done, which made no sense since we’d requested a service, not just a clean. He also claimed he needed to “hire a special ladder” for our ceiling (we live in a standard Queenslander home). It was clear he had zero experience with air conditioning!



When I called customer service to complain, I spoke with Aaron, who was dismissive and incredibly rude. He told me the $141 fee was simply to have someone come out and quote the job—no actual service involved. He refused to take any accountability and smugly stated they had nothing to apologize for.



I fell for their scam like hundreds of others. They are paying huge SEO fees to hide these bad reviews, I really hope the fake positive reviews they are pumping in are investigated.



AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to have an AC installed by this company. They did not explain from the beginning that one would have to pay a deductible, $2500 in my case, just to get the AC repair for a leak. I trusted the company since they had done a great job with a plumbing issue I had in the past, but not anymore. I will tell everyone it's not worth it and instead go with another company, that's for sure.

They were precise and straight to the point with what was needed and the price of it which is exactly how I prefer things to be.

This whole setup is a scam. The $150 "call-out fee" just gets someone to show up and tell me it's actually going to be $2,000 for a real diagnosis. He didn’t even look at the air con unit—it seems like his job is just to drive around quoting ridiculous prices for someone else to actually do the work.
