Our story began in 1995 with the inception of our first plumbing business in Adelaide, SA. Our modest operation soon grew across Australia as we followed our passion for delivering excellence into other utility trades, including air conditioning and other heating and cooling solutions. Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
No we don’t! Regardless of the day or time, we never charge extra for after-hours attendance.
What are the methods of payment?
On site, our plumbers accept cash, credit card or cheque. We also have finance options** to approved applicants. If you would like to take advantage of these, simply mention it on the phone to our friendly call staff.
What other services do you offer?
We also have a team of qualified electricians and plumbers, so if you need more than just your air conditioner serviced, we can attend to all your electrical and plumbing needs too!
Are you available on weekends?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays!

Wherever possible, we can be at your door within the hour*. If you have a time/date preference, we will always do our best to fit in with your schedule.

I urgently needed to repair my central air conditioning and, under extreme pressure, I chose this company from Google. I was initially okay with the $144 call-out fee. However, the issues began when the technician asked for a parking spot, fully aware that their 2.2-meter-high vehicle wouldn’t fit in standard parking. Despite this, I agreed to pay the parking fee.
Upon arriving at my apartment, the technician inspected the air conditioning unit and the surrounding area, then provided me with a shocking second quote of $1900. They insisted this covered a complete service from start to finish, including cleaning and various other tasks. I found this price to be unreasonable, especially since it seemed like taking advantage of a customer in a desperate situation.
Ultimately, I paid $160 and received nothing in return, except for shock and disappointment. This company’s business model appears to rely heavily on employing numerous call center agents to take orders, then using these tactics to overcharge customers. When I compared this quote with a familiar technician, even they were astounded by the price. I strongly advise against using this company’s services, as they are likely to leave you feeling cheated and disappointed.

Got a quote that was insanely high, almost three times what others were offering. I received three other quotes from competitors, all between 2k and 3.5k, making it clear this company is just out to rip people off who might not know standard prices. Their quote was roughly 300 percent more than what’s normal in the industry. Steer clear, they're just hoping you don’t know what things should really cost.

These guys are dodgy! Watch and read the current affairs articles. Beware. They massively overcharged for a service and broke the heating the system! Got it fixed for less than 10% than they were quoting. DO NOT USE.
