Westral

We had our blinds installed last week at our work and are very happy with the result! We have many early birds in the office so we need to have good quality blinds to keep the early sun out!

Westral installed concertina shutter doors internally. The service was always friendly, from quote to measure up to installation. The product was installed to the specifications we requested and has a great finish. The product looks great and enhances the room beautifully.

This company is fine until something goes wrong. After having our awnings up for 3 months one of them broke. I have been told they were not under warranty because I don't roll them up when it is windy. As I live in a windy area the whole purpose of the awnings is wasted. they charged me a call out fee and said I should be grateful not to be charged for parts! the straps are wearing out already and yet it is not under warranty. Never never again would I use this company. their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Another good installation with Westral. We have had several dealings with this company all of which have been positive. Friendly and punctual staff who always do a great job.

Our shutters look amazing. Everything done to time. We have used Westral on 3 occasions now. Always found all staff very professional. Installer perfect. No mess left!

We have just had our blinds fitted today, & are completely satisfied with the service & our blinds. We used Westral 18 years ago, & those blinds have been excellent.

We bought CrimSafe screens for our whole house, and were extremely pleased with the politeness and professionalism of each person we dealt with at Westral. The installation chap (sorry forgot his name) was extremely helpful and friendly. Even when we the package was missing a few keys, he organised to get more cut for us and hand delivered them. And unlike a lot of tradies we have recently used, we cleaned up after himself. The CrimSafe mesh looks great. We are really glad we got it and used Westral!!
