Westral

We recently purchased a new security screen door from Westral. They were very prompt in visiting our home and giving us a quote. Installation was done well within the time frame and Don, who completed the installation, was very friendly and efficient. I found my experience with Westral to be easy and stress-free.

I have just had my new shutters installed today. I knew they would look great but they look AMAZING! They have lifted and brightened each room so much. I only wish I had got shutters throughout the whole house.

In regards to the service I received, it was outstanding. The follow up calls, appointment reminders were all very handy. However it is the workmanship, professionalism and punctuality of our installer Jimmy that I was most impressed with.

We have chosen to go with Westral a couple of times now to fit our blinds as the representative who came out do the initial quote/ consultation was very knowledgeable(not afraid to provide his own opinion) and made the process quick and pain free.

The installation took a little longer than expected to happen second time round(considering it was a small window that was getting fitted), however we werent in a rush and the initial service made up for it.

We will definitely recommend and go with Westral in the future if/when we require blinds again.

One of the most professional and high quality companies I have ever dealt with. Prompt on service - called at least half an hour before arriving and very friendly fitters and installers. All staff are friendly and helpful over the phone. My finished product is just beautiful, I got white shutters on my front windows and they look beautiful. Can't fault them at all. Thanks Westral - and thanks for a good price $$ :)

We got new security doors installed today, and they are fantastic! He got them done very quickly, without leaving a huge mess. Very professional, reasonable price, and kind- our pet dog also loved the Westral worker!

We had 2 Crimsafe security screens fitted today and are very happy with the quality and installation. We waited 4-5 weeks for them to be made which was the exact time frame they estimated at the time of quoting. The installer was very polite and made no mess. I wanted some blinds taken down off the window and he offered to do it for me, excellent service.

I now have my crimsafe sliding door (and so with my bedroom window previously) and I am very pleased with it. The guys who installed them were on time and they did a great job. Well done!
