Westral

Couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Westral. Have had 2 sets of security doors installed and both times have been seamless, the first was really quick, within 2 weeks of ordering, the second took almost the full 6 weeks quoted (but didn't go over, so was within expectations).

Our installers have been prompt and polite. Today's installer Grant was lovely and very efficient, cleaned up after himself which I approve of! Explained what he was doing the whole step of the way and gave me a full run through once the job was complete.

Very happy with the service from Westral and would use them again for other home products.

This company are a joke!! Seriously bad management living on past success. Do not even consider them. 2 years ago I had a security door installed by them, they put the locks on the wrong side, the door had to go back and 2 months later was installed !! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and contracted them to install a front security door and window at the front. BAD decision still 3 months and no security window they blame me for giving them directions to measure the window. Quote says bedroom one but they have supplied screen for bedroom 2 even though it already has one supplied by them 2years previously. My fault seemingly and they have invoiced in full!
