Missing parcel

I have not received my parcel, yet I supposedly have signed for it when it was delivered. I have tried to speak to someone at Aramex and all I get is a bot sending me automated responses. I tried to call them on their business no and you get referred to to their website and back to the bot responses. The words Customer Service is non existent in this company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Did not deliver on the date they said they would.

Have just left it at their depot for collection.

They don't answer their phone and just give you multiple irrelevant options.

What is the point of a courier service that doesn't deliver.

Hopeless. Wouldn’t recommend

Sent a package to my father in Adelaide. Was going well until Aramex got it, then it sat in the depot for a week, still hasn’t been delivered, they don’t answer the phone and the contact is a stupid automated message that is no help whatsoever. DON’T RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY

No notification of delivery

I received an email letting me know 'the expected delivery time will be providrd by the courier'. This did NOT happen. I have recently had surgery and have great difficulty walking so I was hoping when I found out the expected delivery time I could get someone to be here to get the delivery. My security bell was rung and I managed to go to the camera and see who it was. The delivery company was there but as I wasn't notified I didn't have help nor could the delivery items be safely left so with much pain and some time I was able to go to the door. But as I could not carry the two boxes I had to leave them inside my door.

This company does not take the time to let the person waiting for the delivery know they're coming. So if you're not home there must be a lot of frustration and a lot of people chasing up deliveries. I will let the company lnow I orderedmy products from NOT to use this delivery company.

Appalling service, this company should not be operating.

I was to receive a parcel from Sydney with this company but the parcel never arrived. I received a notice to say that it was delivered and had it had not even been dispatched from Sydney. I was at home on that day, noone rang the bell as requested and the monitoring system did not detect any delivery person. When I tried to contact Aramex they blocked my message. This may be a scamming company.

Extremely bad service and they don't care

First time use this company, Ordered to pick up parcel, nobody come for three days, tyr to contact them, all get are robot email, ringing the contact number many time and on one answer, After 10 days end up went to the head office drop it off. The man in the office is not friendly too!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Was waiting on a parcel and finally chased it with the sender. Tracking showed that there was an attempted delivery and card left. Both not true as someone was home the entire day with the front door wide open and no card was left, nor did they leave the parcel as per instructions. Now they can't say when delivery will be. This is the 3rd time I had problems with this courier, will not purchase again if the supplier uses Amarex as I have no time at work to chase these people who simply can't get it right. They do not deserve any stars!

Extremely poor service

Aramex had delivery instructions with contact phone number. They decided to take the delivery of edible blooms ( chocolates) back to the depot. I was sent an email stating they couldn't deliver. I tried to call them. No connection. Then I emailed via their link. Email was blocked. I then rang edible blooms who are trying to assist me. What an utter fiasco.

Worst service ever and some large on-line companies use them??

Never have I seen such a lack of professionalism. The couriers they use as franchisees have either no idea how to safely deliver a package, have never been trained or instructed, or worse still, their modus operandi is allowed by the parent company. Twice in two weeks the courier takes a photo of our letterbox number, then despite people being home, drops the valuable delivery in the driveway alongside the footpath for the next passerby to steal, without even taking one step inside the property to home deliver. Lost $140 worth of wine, which thankfully the supplier re delivered via Australia Post at their expense. Then we happened to be watching outside when the clothing was dropped off for anyone to steal. Then of course, they will never answer their phone, because they would be inundated with complaints. Don't use them
