Never deal with this company.

I have tried numerous times to contact them about my package. For two days I tried messaging them through their message system, they get back to you at the end of the day with a we are now close message. Emailing also gets you know where and when you call and finally sit through all the messages it just keeps ringing and after 20 minutes hangs up on you. All I want is an update as to if my package has been lost. The tracking app said it has been in the same place being sorted in Sydney for nearly two weeks.

Bad service and too bad system

I was supposed to receive a parcel from them. The first day I saw the driver on the map around the location and then they said failed delivery, however no one contacted me. I changed the place to be delivered to the post and I will collect from there, the next day the same thing happened, when I called them they said we cannot change the address and it it not clear, so I asked them to hold it and I will drive to them for collection next day and they confirmed that. The next day I drive 30 min to there place and after arrival, guess what? They told me it has been delivered now to your place !!!! And said sometimes nobody tell us what’s the update for the parcels. It was a very bad experience

Worst delivery company out there, if you care about your business and customers avoid at all costs.

Driver never knocked on door, only put card in letter box, caught him doing so and when confronted he became abusive and violent. Fastway supported their drivers behaviour, if you a business owner do not use this company as it will cost you business. I and many others do not purchase from businesses who use Fastway.

Rude and unorganised

A calling card was left as attempted delivery was made. Calling card clearly states that you can 'collect your parcel the next business day'. Only a phone number was left regarding where to collect the parcel from. The following day I phoned the number to check if the parcel could be collected. The woman who answered the phone was rude and dismissive, she wasn't even willing to give the address of the depot even though it wasn't listed on the calling card. She confirmed that the package was at the depot and could be collected before 4pm. I drove 1 hour to the depot, to find out the driver had called in sick and still had all the packages in the van which he hadn't returned. The man who served me at the depot said that I could come back tomorrow as the parcel might be there then. Redirection costs a fee as well.

Avoid them

They 1) didn't get a signature on delivery despite it being specified and 2) dropped my parcel over my 6ft fence onto the ground.



As expected, the contents, although well-packed, were smashed to pieces.



Officeworks "Mailman" postage use these guys so avoid your senders using Mailman if you can or you'll get this courier.

Horrible service! Do not use!

I followed the online tracking of my parcel online then the status changed to delivered and I still had not received it. I contacted the company and told them the situation and they rudely said there was nothing they could do. What about the insurance they claim to have on the parcels ? Horrible horrible customer service

Shonky. Zero stars if I could....

Disgusting experience with this company. A simple eBay purchase has left me fuming. The person on reception insists that there is no one higher than him I can speak with so back to the retailer I go! First tracking email invites me to choose safe drop, but I come home from work to a calling card. Go online to organise a redelivery and a choice of four days are offered. It is a Monday, so I choose the Friday, to allow plenty of time. It arrives on Wednesday when I’m not expecting it in any way, and my gate is locked. Another calling card is left. Call the office and idiot refuses to redeliver unless I pay them $$ or traipse across town to collect. This is clearly their stuff up of their processes yet somehow I am disadvantaged. Avoid!

Driver was friendly and my package was delivered on the day the tracking app said it was getting delivered very happy with the service

Avoid at all costs!!

I had a parcel delivered from Gold Coast to Adelaide 2 weeks ago with a quoted delivery time of 3-5 days. The parcel did arrive at the Adelaide depot in that time. Unfortunately, I used a parcel locker as my address, which they are not able to deliver to as indicated on their website. It is understandable that my mistake would delay the delivery, however it has been sitting in their warehouse for over a week now with no movement. I received a text 9 days ago asking for a new delivery address. I replied with an acceptable address, but did not receive any confirmation that my order had been updated. 2 days later I receive the same text message, to which I responded again, but still no confirmation. I called last Friday to get an update on my parcel and confirm that the new address had been received and was told it would be pushed through to be delivered the following Monday. It is now Tuesday and the parcel has still not arrived. After phoning this afternoon I found out that there has still been no changes made to my delivery and it is still sitting in the warehouse with no indication of leaving. Their solution for me was to have me come pick it up from the warehouse. I thought this is what I paid you to do?



I've even sent through a ticket through their website and the Gold Coast depot was much faster in responding and have also said that they have trouble getting responses from Adelaide.



Unless you can wait 1 month for your express delivery to Adelaide, I would advise highly against using this courier.

Wrongway

The previous day I had 2 calling cards left. Neither came up in Fastway's web tracking. Typed in my postcode and was shown a driver's name and mob #, so I left him a message early this morning. Got hm at 4:45 PM – no package. Re-tried the website = Nothing. Called Fastway; the lady who answered could not bring either card # up on her computer but did take the numbers down. I then mentioned I had left a message with the driver to which she replied I should not do as the info might not be correct. She then said a may be a few days before the package is re-delivered. Conclusion: INEXCUSABLY BAD SERVICE. DO NOT USE. I will be contacting the package senders to suggest they investigate an alternate shipping service.
