Aramex (Adelaide)

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I paid for express shipping and when I called up because my package still hasn't arrived the lady wasn't willing to help. Its been 3 days and i keep receiving messages that it still hasnt been delivered, despite emailing multiple times and leaving a note outside granting premision to leave the package at the front door.

Extremely poor service. After having missed a delivery, I rescheduled, which didn't come. I called and they said they were backed up. I left instructions on their website during the delivery reschedule on what to do if I am not home, because I have a job and don't just sit home waiting for packages. Another week goes by and I check the status online, which says delivery unsuccessful, despite me being home. I call and they basically say if you live in a secure building, they won't deliver, and now I have to pick up the package 5km away (I have my feet as transportation). Horrible service.

Would give this company 0/10 if I could. I have never dealt with a more incompetant delivery company. On the two incidents I've had the misfortune of dealing with them, both packages have been delivered a month after ordered. Most recently one of those packages had been from a winery 1 hour away. Each time they left a calling card but refused to answer my calls or text messages. When they finally delivered my package, despite me giving permission to leave at the front door, the man delivering kept ringing my doorbell non stop till i woke up. Im a shift worker, so finishing a night shift at 5am only to be woken up at 8:30 is not ideal. The only response I got when I asked why it had taken a month to have a package delivered was "its a hard building to deliver to". I am still shocked by their level of utter incompetance and will strive my hardest never to recieve post from them.
