Their assigned technician, Adriano, basically saved my livelihood as he recovered my email database which looked to have been completely lost through a tricky glitch with iCloud. As a publicist, my media database is everything to me. Am incredibly grateful that he was able to recover it. He's a miracle worker. Plus he set up a new back-up system, so that I now have peace of mind should a similar disaster occur in the future. And very grateful that Geeks2U were able to arrange an immediate appointment for me on a day before a public holiday, as I don't think that my nerves could have withstood waiting a few days for assistance.

Used Geeks2U yesterday their technician Chris arrived at stated time was very helpful & though the problem with my laptop was resolved early Chris stayed the full hour showing me how to use programs on my laptop & phone.I'm doing a computer course & to have put my laptop into a repairer I may have been days without it so to have them come to my home I havn't lost any time with my course. Would highly recommend them .
