We have had the absolute pleasure of having Steve and his off sider, another Steve, assist us with electrical works twice this year. Their professional work, guidance and thoroughness are hallmarks of their work. Steve is reliable with his word, what he says, he does, and this also applies to punctuality. The reason we chose Hit The Switch was because if the consistent and positive reviews. It is wonderful to have had the services of such fine tradesman. We would not hesitate to recommend them; in fact we have already done so.

Deciding to use Hit The Switch for the first time was an extrodinary experience. After reading their reviews on true local we thought we would give them a go. We had a few small jobs that needed to be completed. Never before have I met a company that calls prior to arriving, providing an email quote on the spot and also vacuuming and mopping after the job was completed. They are better then my cleaners.... The level of service and response time is outstanding. We will deffinatley be recommending Hit The Switch to our friends. Great Job guys.

Steve and his team are the best electricians I have used for many years. Steve is extremely responsive, and is reliable in getting back to me and following up. As he finished one job I found a couple more that I had been putting off because it had been too much trouble to find and then wait for an electrician. Now everything works!!! Thank you Steve. I recently called Steve over an electrical problem where a safety switch was continually clicking off, leaving half the power points in our house not working. I checked all appliances and still couldn't work it out. Steve gave some further advice on the phone and was then able to attend the next day. He was able to identify a problem with some wiring and isolated the problem so everything is now fixed. He was also able to solve a problem with our intercom system which had not been working for over 12 months.
I will definitely use Hit the Switch next time I need an electrician! Steve is a very professional chap and clearly knows his business.

This was the first time I had electrical issue at home (South Yarra area). Having heard bad stories about dodgy electrician, I was a bit nervous in choosing and hiring an electrician. Fortunately, everything went great with Hit the Switch. Steven from Hit the Switch needed to reschedule the initial appointment time, but thanks to them informing me way ahead, we could easily arrange a new appointment date.

During the planned day, they provided a courtesy call to let me know that they were coming. They also arrived on time, which was a big positive for me. Before doing anything, they explained to me what they were going to do, so we understood the whole process. I did not feel any pressure at all from them to agree and go ahead with anything.

All in all, it was a very smooth and pleasant process. Highly recommend this company to anyone else.

I called Hit The Switch at 7AM on a Saturday morning due to a sudden loss of power to my apartment. Steve answered the call and promptly arrived within an hour like he said he would. Steve was friendly, professional and informative. The culprit turned out to be the hot water unit. He gave me advice on what steps to follow should it happen again until I can get the unit permanently replaced. Highly recommended.

Great service. Called Hit The Switch on a Sunday afternoon to fix a broken lick socket that looked dangerous. Steve came out within a couple of hours, on time. He was polite and professional and I would highly recommend this company.

A job well done by Hit The Switch. Steven has defentlity raised the bar when it comes to customer service and quailty work. He answered the phone straight away. He call prior to arriving. He assessed the job properly. He even crawled in the roof space to provide me with a diagnosis. I knew the wiring in my house was bad, but the photos provided by Steven during his assessment was proof that i needed to do something.
The workmanship provided by Steven and his team was fantastic. We have found our new electrican and will be speaking to others about them.
