Very happy with the thorough work of Steve, who worked swiftly and explained things very well. He offered his advice over the phone at first, free of charge, to eliminate the possibilities and check to see if the problem could be fixed without having to come out. Highly recommend this very friendly, intelligent and efficient electrician.

I rang Steve to ask some questions about why the power had gone out in my house. Without needing to come out (or charge me for unnecessary services) he walked me through some steps to diagnose the problem. In the end I didn't need to get an electrician to come out at all because the fault was with an appliance. I really appreciated that he was willing to help me out for free because he knew I was concerned that I would end up paying twice over if it wasn't an electrical issue. He made sure to follow up and keep in contact along the way as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call Steve again for any other issues.

We couldnt turn the lights on in our house. Every time we tried to put the circuit breaker on, it blew. We called Steven from Hit The Switch. He answered his phone after hours and tried to help us over the phone. We needed him to come out.

Steven turned up on time, provided us with a very thorough quote, and talked us through all of our options. When Steven and Steve came to do the job, we were so impressed that they put drop sheets over our new polished floor boards and wore shoe covers. I called Steven from Hit The Switch early this morning at 7am because we had a fault with our kitchen power.
