Rockstar Removals

I received a quote online from 5 different companies.
We used Rockstar removals and they did a pretty nice job. Although it took a bit longer than we thought, it was probably because we had actually not moved for 11 years, so had much, much more than we first realised. They did a wonderful job, provided boxes before the move and wrapped the precious items in Bubble wrap and blankets before packing on truck. Would recommend -

We found them through a letter drop after our House was sold.
We decided to give them a go after an in house quote.
The move was from Docklands to Carlton from a high rise apartment to townhouse
Took 4.5 hours for 2 bedroom unit.
The access was quite tough and the walk from loading zone, to elevators was roughly 70 metres.
Very well done boys for a professional service.

This was only a small move ( 1 bedroom one person unit) But the fact is, they were very careful and polite. They took the time to place things where I needed them to be, even though I changed my mind, many times. Patient with me, which was great. Thanks Rockstars

I would recommend this Removals company, for 3 reasons. 1.They came referred by my sister in law. 2.They came and quoted in person and offered us a service tailored to our needs ( required 3 different pick up locations. 3.Did everything they quoted but with one exception.,,, because they finished 45 mins under the 5 hour quote, they discounted the fee. You don't deserve even one star but that's the only option.

I booked a removal, these guys confirmed at the night before, and then didn't show in the next day. Passed half an hour I received a SMS about mechanical issues with the truck. Considering the number of reviews with the same problem, it's very likely that that's just a lie, or that Rockstars uses very old, problematic and not well maintained vehicles. I really believe that's just a lie and that this company just doesn't care and doesn't measure the consequences. I wish you got bankrupt soon.

BELIEVE in the negative reviews. I don't understand so many positive reviews on some websites. Maybe when they decide to work instead of lying or overbooking clients, they might be good. But totally disrespectful and unprofessional!

My previous review was removed so i am writing again to say DO NOT USE this business!!!!! Rockstar removals charged us twice for the same job and after promising multiple times to reimburse us our $475 we are still waiting 7 months later! We have had to contact the fraud and disputes team at our bank who are handling it now. Save yourselves the stress and choose a better company.

Tom and Jay moved me on New Years eve, only a relatively small move. Was happy with the guys, they arrived 10 mins early and got through it quicker than I first thought. Always nice when things come under budget. Even put my bed together and set up the washing machine for me Pleasant, happy guys who answered all my questions ( sorry boys ) clearly and always kept me in the loop, with what was going on.

We moved in September from storage in Balwyn, to Portsea It was a rainy, miserable day but the two guys made sure they wrapped our couches and other precious items, in shrink wrap and covered with blankets ( whist walking to the truck from the house ) It was up a steep driveway in Portsea and them doing this, made it more tricky for them, but saved us God knows what, in replacing the furniture ( especially the couches ) Above and beyond . Great service and am very pleased to be able to offer a positive review. Thanks so very much Scott and Brett.

My partner and i were happy with the move . The Piano was handled easily, without issue ( inc stairs ) Sorry guys!!
We will use again in 6 months no doubt at all, when we get back from Holidays
Great stuff and pricing was reasonable

So disappointing. Why bother confirming a booking the night before, only to send the wrong size truck to the booking, then lying and saying the right truck will be there in 20 minutes? We wasted 2 hrs calling & texting to no avail. The most disrespectful company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I hope they're out of business soon as they could not be more useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
