Rockstar Removals

DID NOT TURN UP! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
We live in an apartment and had to book the lift for moving in advance. On the moving day, they did not turn up, did not give us a call, and could not be contacted!!! This is without doubt the worst removalist out there, highly unprofessional. We had to look for another removalist and rebook the lifts for the next day.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

Never showed up on the day. Never bothered contacting us. Haven't bothered to call an apologise. Left us stranded on the day we needed to be leave.

Pathetic customer service. I don't understand how they are still in business. If I could leave minus ratings I would.

They were referred by our building manager so we had high expectations from the outset.
Thankfully, the guys Jay and Darren lived up to them pretty easily.
Easy on the eye too:)
But in all seriousness, affordable service- they offered free wrapping for my mattress and bubble wrapped my TV and glass cabinet as well.
I like the uniforms, nice and blue- sporty professional guys who talked the talk and walked the walk,'

Had a move from Wodonga to Bulleen .
Rockstar team was wonderful.price was competitive and the service above average.
One little mark on the door frame, but they actually fixed that for us after the job ( pretty dam good if u ask me )

We used them on the weekend just gone and had a wonderful moving experience to be frank.
Scott and Darren were on time , worked so quickly but what was most impressive, was the way they worked as a unit- considering the access was diabolical, with slippery, long and steep driveway !
No issues, they worked from 730 am to 300 pm without so much as a 5 minute break- Our home was a 4 bedroom, including 3 teenage girls, so you can only imagine how much crap we had!!
Super fast, great attitudes and great price ( as last time we moved it took 3 and half hours longer...so came under our budget..10 out of 10.

moved me on 17/3/15. Difficult move and access, but did job safely and actually quite quickly - A little late to arrive, but stayed in touch the entire time. Happy overall, price was competitive and the guys were skilled.

Used multiple times now in 13 months, and will be securing them for my office move in May- I love the personal touches and pre planning .Smooth as a job could be

Really happy with the service provided- there was a real detailed approach, from first call.
I was in the loop with how the job would take place and on the day it went to plan easily. My hubby and I received a couple of movie tickets in the mail too , in a little " thank-you pack "

I booked a removalist to assist me with moving. A friend recommended rockstar to me as she had great experiences with them. I waited for them for 2 hours and they never showed. I called, they never returned my call. I sent an email which was ignored. Worst customer service ever. Don't use rockstar. You will end up stranded like me with no way of transporting your goods. I would give 0 stars
