Most unreliable service and very unprofessional. Truck came 3 hours late, the guy look at the stuff, took a lot of photos, said it won't fit in my truck, said I'll send you another bigger truck, and then left. Of course it was a lie. I wish I have read all bad reviews before hiring them.

Truck did not show. The only messages were a text saying 'sorry im driving, who is this?' Um.....the job you were meant to be at 3 hours ago? Another text telling me that the phone has been out of range and i would receive a call. But nothing, no explanation or apology. An awful dissappoint

No stars, no show, not answering calls or emails. No deposit back. Most unprofessional business ever

Awful experience. First day, arrival tome kept being put back till i accepted that they would come the next day. The following day they never showed and could not be contacted - refusing to return calls. Avoid.

Truck broke down the morning of my move which happens I guess, however they didn't bother helping me sort out an alternative and wouldnt even answer my calls. Having separated recently and moving on my own moving day was hard enough without this happening.

5 stars- My flatmates and I needed to move from 2 different addresses and we organised 2 trucks for a simultaneous move.
Darren organised the move and had 2 teams , two truck organised for this and sent great teams.
Went without a hitch, apart from a little mark on a wall ( but they had a guy come a and repair that the next day !! ) Friendly guys and seemed quite experienced, with how they moved some of the bigger items up and down stairs at each end.

Very good service and have used once before 2 years ago.
Kept our job under budget , with no hidden fees- was quoted in person after inspection.
They provided 25 boxes for Free hire as well, which made things easier for me, as I don't have a car and they dropped them off to my door.
Would use again in a heartbeat

They often dont turn up...not resliable....do your checking as they may just not arrive and then not anawer their phone like thry have done to many people...find s removalist that will actuslly turn up for the job...not experienced such a bad sercice snd experience in my entire life as with them...terrible...just do your research as you dont want to get stranded waiting sll day for someone who wont show up... They dont even deserve one star

Very nice guys , who managed the stairs without any issues.
The move was from Southbank to Richmond last Wednesday.
No problems, happy and positive outlooks from Scott and Darren

*****DO NOT USE******* after multiple emails confirming that didnt turn up today for my move. I rang the landline and left a message, called the mobile and left a message. Called the movile another 3 times then they turned the phone off. I still havent heard from them and why they didnt turn up. Thankfully i was given the contact details for another removalist who were able to fit me in. Horrible experience. Word needs to be spread through as many search engines as possible. I wish i could give negative stars.
