All aspects of the business were professional and polite. It did take awhile to organise a quote but was one of the only companies prepare to visit the apartment- others over the phone. Quote was detailed and able to easily pass strata approval stage. Company also booked in install date pending strata approval speeding upthe process alot. At all stages listen to my needs and provide multiple solutions with good advice. This was not a straightforward jobs- limited access apartment on the thrid level. Install 2 split system units. Thanks for your diligence!

The crew that installed my 2 new airconditioners were absolutely fantastic. From the second they arrived until they left the professialism was great. From turning up on time, the walk through to make sure everything was aligned to expectations, to working quickly and efficiently.

The bloke they sent out to do the presales was pretty good as well, giving reasonable and practical advise as compared to some of the other flogs I'd spoken with at other companies.

I cannot recommend the experience enough, if you need to get an AC installed go with Ben Rafferty.

The AC technician they sent was good, and supplied a remote for an old system that hadn't responded to several that I tried previously.

However, I had informed the company twice that I knew there was a coolant/gas leak in my system due to damage during building works and was assured it had been noted and would be addressed. On the day, the tech had not been scheduled enough time to do that work, so I was effectively charged a $200 callout fee to be told what I already knew and wait for a quote and date to actually have it fixed.

The team have just completed an instal of a dusted sysstem that involved cutting open the ceiling in an apt. The 4 of them worked continuously for 10 hours and had it finished in the day with very little mess. They had answers to all my questions and when a fault had to be remedied at the end, they came back immediately to rectify it.

The company seems really focused on customer service from the quoting process which was very precise to Jane and Don in the office coordinating the work.

They use a top quality product and did not skimp on the installation although the unit they recommended was, I think, too large for the job ....but they agreed to downsizing. Altogether an excellent customer experience and I will recommend them to other owners in our building

I'd like to add an extra star to the rating! Ben Rafferty Air has done two jobs for me recently, and I couldn't be happier with the service, from making the bookings (thank you Jane, you feel like an old friend!) right through to completion. Morgan did a sterling (and very thorough) job of cleaning the filthy filters in the units in my new home, and made me super-happy by complimenting my coffee-making skill on both occasions!
