Ben Rafferty Air and Electrical

Prior to booking with these guys I had organised 5 quotes with different companies out of which only 2 turned up. Out of the 2 that turned up one guy kept touching my arm in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and the other did a great quote but never followed through with the actual job despite me following up seversl times so I had almost given up until hiring these guys.
The job was very well done but also great communication and follow through, polite and hard- working staff, completed the job quickly and without problem, happy to work with my schedule, good with time frames for appointments so that I wasn't waiting hours for them to arrive. I highly reccomend these guys.

From beginning to end this was great service. Ben, the bushranger, came and did a quote and then the gang arrived a few days later for the installation. They arrived on time and finished early! How often does that happen? And no-one complained about crawling around in the dirt under my house to install the 'outdoor' units

This is the second time I have used Ben Rafferty... obviously I was happy the first time. Thought I would be told I needed a new air con unit, but luckily it's up and running after being cleaned and drained. Very happy. Technician showed up on time. Called to let me know he was half an hour away. Fixed the unit and cleaned up. Quoted me on installing an additional unit in a bedroom which I will go ahead with. Very happy customer.

Good experience all round (from request for a quote to finished installation). Team of three installers were very professional: arrived on time, put down drop sheets, worked effectively together including to resolve an issue that came up, cleaned up afterwards and finished the job on time. Very impressive and would highly recommend them.

Excellent job done by the team at Ben Rafferty. The boys worked hard in 40 degree heat and didn't let the afternoon thunderstorm stop them! I am very happy with the work and the fact that I can cool down on the hot days:)
