IMPRESSED! From my initial online quote request, inspection & quoting, and install these guys have been OUTSTANDING! If you are looking for 5-star customer service and quality workmanship then you can’t go past the team at Ben Rafferty.

My old air-con died in November, so set out to replace the aircon and get aircon put into my 2 bedrooms at the same time. Over a period of 2 weeks, I ended up reaching out to 12 installers to request quotes. 8 never called me back and 3 came to quote, but I had to chase them for close to 2 weeks for the quotes.

Jane at Ben Rafferty acknowledged my online request within 24 hours, an appointment for quoting was set up shortly after. Andy came out to quote; he was informative, helpful and took the time to understand what I wanted. Most importantly he was on time for the appointment, and I received the final quote within 24 hours of Andy attending my place for quoting.

The install team Ben, Scott and Matthew were on time, they walked through the install with me, confirmed everything and made sure I was happy. The boys friendly and polite. They were quick with the install, took care of my place and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work (including the clean up) they did was outstanding!

It’s great to see a business that values their customers and puts an emphasis on service and quality.

Awesome service, excellent price! Recently had the team install A/C at our residence in Woollahra due to imminent arrival of baby in summer and very uncomfortable pregnant wife. Everything was delivered precisely as outlined in the detailed quotation, with rapid turnaround from quotation to delivery of product. No surprises. On site workers were highly professional, respectful and efficient. Finished product of an extremely high install standard. Cannot recommend your company higher. Thank you!!
