Jonno with offsider John from Ben Rafferty installed my new Daikin room airconditioner today, a replacement of an old aircon unit. What great service! He arrived just before the expected time, the install was to take about 3 hours, that was spot on. The installation went without a hitch, he checked with me on any issue I might have regarding the units location or impact to ensure my satisfaction. I felt very confident in Jonno and the work that he performed. Finally he organised for the pick-up of the old unit, and gave me a quick run-down on the operation. Overall service from initial contact with Ben Rafferty, through quote and installation was excellent.

Had the team from Ben Rafferty Air service my air con unit today and the experience could not have been better. From my initial enquiry via their website to booking in the appointment, it was all done seamlessly and within about half an hour - very impressive! And far cheaper than what other less customer-service focused groups had quoted. The service was on time, efficient and conducted by a very professional technician. Overall 10 out of 10 - a lovely team and a great local business!

What a great team! A great experience all round - from getting a quote, to liaising with the office to book, to having the boys come to do the install. What a breath of fresh air (pardon the pun) it has been to deal with a group of professionals who make it their top priority to get the job right, have fantastic attention to detail and leave without a trace - no post install clean required! This is by far the best company we've dealt with as part of our renovations. I'll be recommending Ben Rafferty to all of our friends.

Calling themselves the A Team they did prove themselves to be just that!! Was a difficult task to decide which company to choose for the job but feel it couldn't have been any better. Particularly noted their professional conduct from quote to completion, respect for each other on the job and plenty of humour and a bit of music to assist the process ... would highly recommend..
