Just received my package today.Damage box damage, speaker damaged remote.When I worked for the company mate , this would be a firearable offence , but apparently this is what the new company suxs

The worst delivery service on the planet

I only gave one star because I couldn't leave no stars. Cant contact anybody to find a missing parcel. Their virtual assistant is absolutely useless. I dont know why reputable companies use this mob it makes the sender look incompetant.

Rubbish delivery

I ordered a dress for a wedding on the 4th July. It was coming from Sydney to WA. My parcel has been out for delivery 3 times and I still have not received it 3 weeks later. I have had many other parcels from the same online shop to the same address, without any problems. To correct the problem it needed to be identified. Trying to contact them has being a nightmare. I have asked my supplier not to use them again for my orders.

fAIL TO DELIVER ON TIME

I SHOULD LISTEN TO EVERYONE WHEN THEY SAID TO USE EXPRESS POST. I TRACK THE THE PARCEL ITS SAYS IT WILL DELIVER ON THURSDAY I CONTACTED MY CUSTOMER AND SHE TOLD NOTHING WAS DELIVER. I TRACKED IT AGAIN AND NO MORE UPDATES WAS RECEIVED.. I GOT THE 2 BLOKES AND THEIR WHITE VAN ON MY SURVEILLANCE..

Disgraceful, totally unprofessional and can't be contacted

An absolute disgrace of a business. They were supposed to pick up my parcel about 5 different times, organised through a broker (Fast Courier - also pretty rubbish), and never showed. The tracking number shows 2 failed pickups saying "Futile Pickup, No Goods to Go" despite me sitting here all day waiting and getting no ring at the door or phonecall.

Mistakes can happen with anybody, but these guys have no way to contact them. They show a support line but when you call it advises that they can't help non-business customers, and direct you to go through their site for support. The chatbot on their website has not responded over 3 weeks to multiple messages.

I eventually found the business support line, but the girl there told me they are advised to not help, and when I asked to speak with the manager, told me they had no manager.

At a complete loss as to how this business can continue to run with absolutely no accountability after taking my money

worst couriers in au

they said i picked up delivery but that is impossible as i am house bound because i have cancer.i hope this mob is not a scam outfit. worst courier and should not be registered to trade as a courier

Only has automated phone service & online messaging

After 3 days, I still can't receive an answer via online chat, the only contact available for receivers, on where the depot is to collect my parcel, despite the last message stating, "You'll need to collect it from the depot." Started new queries and we keep getting to that point, despite me saying I just require a depot address where my parcel went to. They ask the contents, the cost etc, waste your time, and then again state to collect it at the ghost depot. Extremely frustrating having no contact number and only online chat with no way to resolve poor customer service.

Bad delivery

You can’t deliver to the address so I have to take my broken back up the road and kill my self to get my packages home and my privacy invaded

You drop off to the chemist? Are ya stupid. No more business for stupidity and the chemist makes a couple cents at my inconvenience. I now go 20 meters down the road to chemist warehouse and get scripts 10% cheaper. You both lose because your lazy greedy losers

Missing parcel person

Incompetent and uncontactable

Drivers apparently unable to read a map or follow clear instructions in the shipping info. Tracking says parcel delivered but it wasn't delivered to my address. There's no way to speak to someone about this, the phone directs you to an AI chat that needed a lot more fine tuning before being released, all it does is give you two options not related to a missing parcel and then let you leave feedback. I left feedback multiple times and it said someone would contact me but there haven't been any contact attempts. They must have so many missing parcels that they ensure they can't be contacted about it. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Poor service and system

Each day the tracking shows "out for deliver today" then back to next day? Its been over a week waiting for a parcel. Will be recommending to retailerto not use this courier
