Slow, terrible customer service. Does not contact you. Resolution to any problem takes weeks.

In summary I ordered an item through a seller and I did not know they would use CP so I have included a parcel box number to which CP does not deliver - fine I could have been contacted as my phone number was on the parcel - but no they would not contact me or send a text to see where the delivery was. I had to chase CP since beginnign of december 2023 to early JAnuary 2024 to locate the package and have it delivered to the Rosehill depot. To top it off the Rosehill depot is only open from 9:30 am. Absolute the worst service possible.

They have been terrible. Delivery was supposed to be 27th of December and it’s Jan 2 can’t get ahold of them because customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. All automated and when you call none of the options even work. Dont know when I’m going to get my parcel at all

Waiting since the 27th of November for a delivery, 15th of December and still nothing, went to the depot to get information on delivery time frame, "oohhh torry, I not know when pakige coming, bery busy" what a complete joke of an organisation. no acountability, no customer service, no resolution.

Booked a parcel for my customer on the 23rd of November and it was collected. It's now the 11th and it's still not delivered! I have tried to contact them via phone and chat however I can't get through! No tracking updates since the 27th of November. Will NEVER use this company again

Sent a package to a Sydney client November 30 2023 ... it is December 07 ... and still no delivery.

Try to phone Couriers Please ... and you go on 'hold' and listen to how good they think they are ...we are on hold as I type this ... so far it is 83 minutes on hold ...

Sadly ... I remember when they were a very reliable concern ... but Since Singapore took control ... Couriers Please are simply pathetic to deal with.

Booked to pick up a parcel from central coast to Sydney , 1&1/2 hours drive on Wednesday last week.

Expected to receive it Friday. After many calls we finally got onto someone and they said it would not be delivered until the 11th of December. What a Joke !,, these are machined parts worth nothing to anyone else but for us initial cost is $1200 but now we cannot wait until their ridiculous delivery date , so we will have to make them again. I would have rather they said they are not serious about getting the job done before they picked up the goods at least then I can fix. But this way I have no idea where no my goods are. It’s just not good enough, I will be cancelling all services with Couriers Please in the future, the attitude stinks .

Sender booked delivery quickly and was informed by courier please delivery would be 28th November (delivery is only within metro area). Was not delivered. Contacted courier please live chat to be told it's delayed to the 29th. Still not delivered. Contacted chat again. They said they don't know where it is and they would raise a ticket. I said it's only coming from 4 suburbs away why is it taking so long?. Chat agent replied with "give me a moment and I'll raise a ticket. After 20 mins of waiting I received a ticket number and was told someone would contact me in 24 hours. I said it was not good enough and was promptly kicked off the chat. Still no contact from them 2 days later and no package. Worst business and service. This delivery is a very expensive item that is a gift. I'm starting to think it's been stolen if no one knows where it is.

I ordered Andy Cooks cook book and waited for delivery. Once the book was released I was watching their delivery tracker and was advised the item was delivered. I have a Ring doorbell that alerts when there is motion at my front door. No motion was detected but I got a notification from Couriersplease that the package was delivered. On arrival home there was no package. I queried the delivery and was provided a photo from Couriersplease as proof of delivery but the picture wasn't my delivery address and the package was too small to be the item I ordered. There is no-one in my street with a front door and porch like the picture I was sent. I disputed again only to be sent the same picture from another customer service representative in Courierplease. I'm still no closer to receiving my package and wondering if I will ever receive it! What a Joke. Clearly some issues within this business. Definitely do not recommend. I hope parcel senders see these reviews and avoid this business at all costs.

Trying to contact this mob to discuss a delivery that was not even attempted was impossible.

The driver said I wasn't home.

Not true.

These people are useless and I can't even reach out to tell them so.

They make it all too hard.

Once again Couriers Please have shown their level uselessness, claiming my package was delivered to my letterbox, it couldn't possibly fit in a letter, Yet.... clearly stating that the package can safely be left at my front door.

How are these people in business!
